The company Trustee Plus has announced the suspension of registration for new users from Ukraine due to regulatory uncertainty. This information was provided by the company’s support service.

The restrictions are related to several factors, among which legal uncertainty plays a key role. Earlier, Trustee Plus CEO Vadym Hrusha noted in a comment that the company decided not to wait for the situation in Ukraine to be resolved, but to focus on the European market, where clear rules already exist.
“We cannot predict when the situation may change,” the company stated.
This decision was made against the backdrop of information that the draft law on virtual assets was withdrawn from consideration at the initiative of the President’s Office. At the same time, Ukrainians who are EU residents can use Trustee Plus services without any obstacles.
The company clarified that it is currently difficult to say whether this restriction will affect existing users. The support service does not have detailed information on this issue at the moment. The editorial team of Incrypted has sent a request for additional comments to Trustee Plus, but no response has been received by the time of publication. The material will be updated if new information becomes available.
