The first round, launched in November 2024, attracted the attention of companies from 21 countries, which submitted over 110 applications for various reconstruction projects in Ukraine. The Ukraine Investment Framework offers real support for European investors by reducing risks, providing access to financing, and establishing transparent rules of the game.

The European Commission continues to actively engage European businesses in the reconstruction of Ukraine, particularly through joint initiatives with Ukrainian partners. In addition, the Steering Committee of the Ukraine Investment Framework announced a competition for loans for micro, small, and medium enterprises through banks, thanks to financial assistance from international organizations.

At the Business Summit, participants also discussed a range of tools for attracting investments in Ukraine’s recovery and insuring against risks that may arise during project implementation.
