This category includes offers for contract military service, as well as vacancies for UAV operators, communicators, mechanics, shooters, and other specialists who ensure the country’s defense capability.

Highest-Paid Professions of 2025
The second highest average salary is for facade workers: they are offered a median salary of 52,500 hryvnias ($1,242), which corresponds to the level at the beginning of the year. In third place are plasterers, truck drivers, and real estate brokers — for them, the average income level is 50,000 hryvnias ($1,183) per month.

Construction and Auto Service: Focus on High-Paying Vacancies
Labor market analytics indicate that the largest number of high-paying vacancies is concentrated in the construction sector, finishing works, as well as in the auto service and car wash segments. Among the high-income professions in 2025 are body repairers, site managers, bricklayers, tilers, builders, painters, auto electricians, auto painters, welders, assemblers, auto mechanics, and technicians. Their salaries range from 35,000 hryvnias ($828) to 48,500 hryvnias ($1,147) per month.
A salary of around 35,000 hryvnias at the end of the year is also offered to supervisors in the retail sector and dentists. Labor market dynamics show that highly skilled trades, as well as specialists in the service and medical fields, remain the most in demand and well-paid in 2025.
