According to government calculations, the implementation of the two new investment projects will generate revenues for various levels of budgets amounting to ₴7.3 billion from 2025 to 2039. To encourage investors, the state has provided a number of incentives, including:

  • exemption from profit tax for up to five years;
  • exemption from import duties and VAT on the purchase of new equipment;
  • compensation for expenses related to the development of engineering infrastructure;
  • preferential right to use the land plot.

It is known that the companies “Slavski” and “Rozhanka Park” are associated with representatives of the OKKO holding.

Expansion of the State Program to Support Investments

Currently, four major investment projects have already been included in the state program to support projects with significant investments. Earlier, in October, the Cabinet approved support for the first two projects: the company “Astarta” is building a soybean meal processing plant, while “Bukovel” together with “Aqua Park” is implementing a project for the largest water park in Eastern Europe on the territory of the Bukovel ski resort.
