The construction of the “Bio-Lan” industrial park has begun in the Lanivtsi community of the Ternopil region, which will specialize in the production of bioethanol and biogas. Currently, active work is underway on the infrastructure: access roads and railway lines are being built, as well as water supply, sewage, and gas supply networks.

New Projects in Vinnytsia and Ternopil Regions
In Vinnytsia, the first phase of construction of access roads for four industrial parks located near the Nemyriv highway is planned to be completed by August. This will significantly contribute to the development of industry in the region.
Additionally, a high-pressure gas pipeline will be laid to the Chortkiv-West industrial park in Ternopil region, where the construction of new industrial facilities will soon begin.
Expansion of Existing Parks
The “Western Ukrainian Industrial Hub” industrial park, located in the village of Ostriv near Ternopil, has put into operation two new industrial buildings with areas of 3000 and 688 square meters. Negotiations are currently ongoing regarding the opening of new factories in these facilities.
Furthermore, the company “Parkit Dobrosyn” has put the “Dobrosyn Invest Park” industrial park, covering an area of 14.6 hectares and located in the Lviv region, up for sale at a price of $750,000. This park was registered in the summer of 2024.
