The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has decided to provide a long-term loan of €11 million to the company “Carpathian Mineral Waters.” These funds will be directed towards financing the construction and launch of a new beverage production facility in the Lviv region, with a capacity of up to 200 million bottles per year.

Investment Support and International Cooperation
The total cost of the plant construction project is €24 million. To minimize risks, a first loss coverage guarantee is provided by the European Union under the Ukraine Investment Framework initiative. Part of the costs for conducting external legal and socio-environmental analysis will be financed by the Japan Cooperation Fund and the EBRD. Additionally, there are plans to attract grants from other international programs for the full launch of production.
Development of the “Carpathian Mineral Waters” Company
The “Carpathian Mineral Waters” group remains one of the leaders in the non-alcoholic beverage market in Ukraine, offering mineral water, other refreshing drinks, and snacks. By the first half of 2025, the company significantly strengthened its financial position: revenue increased by nearly 130% to ₴277.2 million, while net profit rose by 720% to ₴140.69 million.
