Establishing a Production Cycle and Supporting Domestic Developers

The initiative involves manufacturing all components—from equipment to chemical elements—exclusively in Ukraine. According to Yulia Svyrydenko, this will ensure a continuous supply and the necessary volumes of products for the country’s needs.

“Everything—from equipment to chemical components—must be produced in Ukraine. Systematically and in the required volumes.”

The grant competition includes a mandatory technical expertise from the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, conducting control tests, and a transparent competitive procedure. Detailed participation conditions and grant amounts will soon be announced by the team from the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Brave1: Supporting Innovations in Security

The Prime Minister emphasized that this grant program is part of a new approach to cooperation between the state and businesses. The state supports those companies that have a real impact on defense capabilities and the course of the war. The Brave1 platform has already facilitated the funding of over 560 projects in the defense tech sector, totaling more than 2.2 billion hryvnias.
