Main Trends and Prospects of the Construction Industry

The most notable trends in the construction sector are:

  • restoration of destroyed infrastructure;
  • rising prices for construction materials;
  • increased demand for energy-efficient and modular homes;
  • the “eOselya” program, which stimulates demand for housing.

It is noted that the cost of housing in new buildings in 2025 may increase by 15-25%, especially in large cities. The market leaders will remain Kyiv, Kyiv region, and Lviv region, but the regions of Transcarpathia and Ivano-Frankivsk have the potential to increase their share through the tourism sector and internally displaced persons.
