According to the Ministry of Economy, the ‘VinIndustry’ industrial park will receive ₴40.3 million for the capital repair of the road leading to the park. The ‘Ternopil’ industrial park will receive ₴40.7 million, which will be directed towards the construction of electrical networks on the industrial site.

Features of State Support

Since the beginning of 2025, state support has already been provided to five industrial parks, allowing the implementation of seven projects with a total budget of ₴344.5 million. The program for stimulating the development of industrial parks in Ukraine provides for the financing of engineering and transport infrastructure on co-financing terms. This includes the construction and repair of roads, laying of electrical networks, water supply, sewage, gas supply, as well as the implementation of other technical solutions necessary for launching production.

State support can cover up to 50% of the cost of works for the development of engineering and transport infrastructure and connection to electrical networks, but not more than ₴150 million for one park. For industrial parks located in de-occupied territories, a special co-financing mechanism has been developed, allowing the state to cover up to 80% of the costs.
