Partnership with Traxys and Export Prospects

Velta Holding remains the only private company in Ukraine that has built a titanium mining complex from scratch. The long-standing collaboration with Traxys Group has enabled the Ukrainian enterprise to establish itself in the American market and become a supplier of raw materials for one of the leading titanium dioxide producers in North America.

As early as 2020, the companies signed a five-year contract worth $100 million, which both parties successfully executed. The new phase of cooperation, according to Velta Holding’s president Andriy Brodskyi, reflects the trust of international partners in Ukrainian businesses and opens new opportunities for industry development.

“This financing is not only a resource for development but also a clear signal of international trust in Ukrainian companies.”

Traxys Group: A Global Player in the Raw Materials Market

Traxys Group operates in more than 20 countries worldwide and is among the largest traders in metals and minerals. The new investment in Velta Holding confirms the company’s strategic interest in Ukrainian titanium, which will contribute to the further development of the national producer and strengthen Ukraine’s position in the global titanium product market.
