The topic of discussion is “American Innovation and the Future of Digital Assets: From Blueprint to a Functional Framework.” In his speech, Avery Ching plans to emphasize the practical aspects of blockchain usage, examples from the Aptos ecosystem, and the importance of creating an effective regulatory framework to foster innovation in the field of digital finance.

“Market structure legislation is an important step forward, and I look forward to the opportunity to share how Aptos Labs and the broader L1 ecosystem can usher in this next era of the decentralized internet,” he stated on his X (formerly Twitter) page.

In addition to Ching, three other experts will speak at the hearings: Michael Piwowar, Executive Vice President of Milken Institute Finance; Chelsea Pizzola, Counsel and Strategic Advisor at Cumberland DRW; and Ryan Miller, Partner at the law firm Lowenstein Sandler LLP.
