The decentralized exchange PumpSwap has announced the launch of a new monetization system for meme coin creators, allowing authors to receive a share of the platform’s profits. Now, 50% of the exchange’s revenue will be distributed among token creators.

According to the new terms, creators will receive 0.05% of the trading volume on the Solana network. For example, if the total trading volume is $10 million, the reward for the coin creator will reach $5000.
“Every time someone buys or sells a coin, its creator receives 5 basis points in Solana — that’s 0.05% of the trading volume,” the statement reads.
Importantly, participation in this program does not require additional registration. Meme coin authors will start receiving rewards if their coin was created recently and is still in the price curve (bonding curve) stage on the platform pump.fun or has already transitioned to PumpSwap. Moreover, rewards can be received at any time and without restrictions.
