Company Financial Strategy and Long-Term Plans

SharpLink also announced that it raised about $413 million in net proceeds over five days in July through its at-the-market (ATM) program. Of this amount, $156 million has already been spent on purchasing Ethereum, while another $257 million remains available for future cryptocurrency investments.

The company’s management emphasized that the concentration of ETH in SharpLink’s portfolio has increased by 23% since June 13. This indicates a gradual shift in the business towards a long-term digital strategy and strengthening its position in the cryptocurrency market.

“We remain committed to transparency and best practices in treasury management.”

This deal marks another step in SharpLink’s active development strategy in the Ethereum space. In May, the company announced plans to create an ETH reserve of $425 million, and in June, it made a purchase of 176,000 ETH for $463 million. On July 11, SharpLink acquired another 10,000 ETH directly from the Ethereum Foundation. According to Chairman Joseph Lubin — co-founder of Ethereum and CEO of Consensys, these large-scale purchases are part of the company’s long-term commitments to developing and supporting the ecosystem.
