An online auction for the sale of the state-owned share package, which constitutes 100% of the charter capital of the VinnytsiaPobutKhym enterprise, will take place on August 13. The starting price of the lot is UAH 301.4 million excluding VAT.

Details of the Privatization of VinnytsiaPobutKhym
The enterprise specializes in the production of soap, cleaning agents, as well as cleaning and polishing products. The auction lot includes 25 units of real estate with a total area of 31,364 sq. m, located on four land plots totaling 4.1 hectares.
Sale of Budfarfor in July
An auction for the sale of the Budfarfor plant, located in Slavuta, will take place on July 23. The state enterprise, which is one of the oldest sanitary ware factories in Europe, is valued at UAH 207.7 million. The plant includes 38 buildings with a total area of over 80,000 sq. m.
Budfarfor has been operating since 1909, specializing in the production of porcelain sanitary ceramics, including toilets, cisterns, and sinks. Since 2003, the enterprise has been under lease, with the last tenant being the company Geberit. After building its own logistics center in Slavuta, Geberit terminated the lease agreement for the old production facilities.
