Features of the New Production Complex

Local self-government bodies aim to thoroughly evaluate all stages of the project to ensure a balance between the interests of residents and the needs of businesses. The construction of production and warehouse facilities, as well as silos for grain storage, is planned on the territory of the already operating enterprise. The future plant is expected to have a production capacity of 25 tons of feed additives per hour, which will significantly increase the processing volumes of agricultural products in the region.

Energy Efficiency and Environmental Safety

The project includes the implementation of modern energy-efficient technologies and a series of measures for environmental protection. In particular, greening of the complex area, quality waterproofing of engineering structures, the establishment of solid surfaces for driveways, and the organization of effective drainage are planned. Special attention will be paid to protecting soils and groundwater from potential contamination.

“Currently, the community needs to assess all the details of the project to create a comfortable environment that takes into account both private and public interests.”
