Funding for Innovations and Digital Solutions

The AIRISE Program provides financial and expert support for small and medium-sized enterprises that are implementing artificial intelligence in their production processes. The maximum funding amount for a single company can reach 60,000 euros. This allows businesses to launch digital transformations and enhance their competitiveness in the market.

The PoliRuralPlus Project focuses on research and development of new methodologies and technologies for sustainable development of rural-urban areas. Under this program, organizations can receive up to 60,000 euros if they propose functional digital applications capable of addressing current challenges in territorial development. Priority is given to innovative solutions that have practical value for local communities.

Support for Startups and Women Entrepreneurship

The Open Horizons Open Call No. 1 initiative is designed to scale innovative early-stage startups, particularly those led by women. The program aims to support projects in the fields of digital technologies and deep-tech, providing grants of up to 55,000 euros. Startups are given the opportunity to structure their path to investment and further growth.

“Women in business will have more opportunities: Ukraine is considering launching the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Code program, which is already operational in over 30 countries worldwide and involves a voluntary commitment from banks, government institutions, and other players to support women entrepreneurship.”

In July 2025, Ukraine is also working on the issue of joining the international initiative Women Entrepreneurs Finance Code. This program aims to expand access for women entrepreneurs to financing by engaging banks and government institutions in collaboration. Supporting women-owned businesses is becoming an important direction for the country’s economic growth.
