Ribas Hotels Group has announced ambitious plans to expand its network of WOL Home Hotel by Ribas aparthotels. Over the next five years, the company intends to increase the number of properties to 30 in cities with active domestic traffic, such as Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Cherkasy, Dnipro, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Zhytomyr, and Lutsk.

Currently, there are two properties operating under the WOL Home Hotel by Ribas brand in Ukraine: in Odesa and Bukovel. Additionally, three hotels in Vinnytsia, Yaremche, and Polyana in Transcarpathia are in the final stages of construction. Last year, the average occupancy rate of the current hotels in this network was 72%, with an ROI of 10.7%.
Ribas Hotels Group is a Ukrainian company specializing in the management of hotel and income-generating real estate. As of 2025, the company’s portfolio will include over 55 hotels that are either under management, in the design phase, or under construction in Ukraine, on the island of Bali, in Moldova, Poland, and Turkey.
