In Ukraine, nine hotels with over 1,000 rooms have opened and been renovated in six months

В Україні за пів року відкрили й оновили дев'ять готелів загальним фондом в понад 1 000 номерів.

Over the past six months, nine hotel facilities have opened and been renovated in Ukraine, with a total room capacity exceeding 1,000 units. Among the new establishments are the Panorama Skhidnytsya SPA Resort in the Lviv region, which has 71 rooms, Mayak Resort in Kyiv with 82 rooms, Tulip Residences in Lviv (73 rooms), Archotel Avenue in Odesa (334 rooms), Edem Kyiv in the Kyiv region (35 rooms), and the mini-hotel Lyubych in Lviv, which offers 31 rooms.

Renovated and Restored Hotels

After reconstruction, the Optima Collection River Park in Lutsk has begun operations. The Holiday Inn Kyiv, which was damaged during a missile attack, has partially resumed its activities — currently, 77 out of 208 rooms have been repaired. Additionally, the “Akvapark Zatoka” in Odesa has reopened with 243 rooms, having been closed since 2021.

Plans for Hotel Business Development by 2026

According to research findings, at least ten hotels with a total of around 2,000 rooms are planned to open in Ukraine by the end of 2025. Most new projects are focused in the western part of the country. In particular, Glacier Premium Apartments by VD Group with 810 rooms is set to open, along with six new hotels from Ribas Hotels Group.

“In the next three years, a number of openings are also planned, particularly noteworthy is the announced Kavalier Park Apartment project by Onur Group, which offers a new concept in Lviv – a premium residential complex with hotel rooms. The Turkish developer is investing €35 million in the creation of the city’s first residential complex, which will also include a separate section with 61 rooms for short-term stays. It is planned to be put into operation in 2026.”
