The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully conducted five auctions for the sale of state-owned assets in the first week of December, attracting 187.42 million UAH to the budget. The most expensive lot was the “Lviv Liquor and Vodka Plant,” which was purchased for 176.79 million UAH.

In December, the SPFU plans to hold another 30 online auctions for privatization, including the sale of one of the country’s oldest enterprises, the Slavuta “Budfarfor” plant in the Khmelnytskyi region. The auction for this 115-year-old plant is scheduled for December 10, with a starting price of 207.6 million UAH. The complex includes 38 real estate objects, with a total area exceeding 80 thousand square meters. Founded in 1909, the plant specialized for decades in the production of sanitary ceramics made of porcelain.

Disposal of assets related to Russian business
Another important auction is scheduled for December 23 – the sale of the Kalush Pipe Plant with a starting price of 136.5 million UAH (excluding VAT) and the managing company “Trading House Eurotrubplast” for 54.2 million UAH. Both assets were previously owned by a Russian oligarch. The Kalush Pipe Plant specializes in the production of pipes and profiles made of plastic, and its production capacity allows for the annual manufacture of over 25 thousand tons of plastic pipes.
