New Industrial Park in Chernihiv Region
The Cabinet of Ministers has registered the 114th industrial park – “Nosivski Hospodarstva,” located in the Chernihiv region and covering over 14 hectares. The implementation of this large-scale project will create approximately 700 new jobs in the processing industry. The park is planned to host enterprises engaged in food production, alternative energy, and scientific and technical activities. The total investment in the development of the cluster amounts to nearly 716 million hryvnias, of which the Nosivka City Council has already allocated 500,000 hryvnias for initial funding.

Modern Fish Processing Complex in Poltava Region
Within the Smart Tech Industry industrial park in the Poltava region, the construction of a modern fish processing complex is planned. The new enterprise will have a capacity of 3,000 tons of products per year and will provide jobs for 500 people. The main specialization of the complex is the cultivation of salmon species and the full cycle of raw material processing. Production will include the manufacture of fresh and frozen fillets, minced fish, and other fish products.
Additionally, an industrial complex of the former “Irkliivskyi Maslosyrzavod” with an area of over 5,200 square meters is up for sale in Cherkasy region. The facility has a developed engineering infrastructure, and the starting price of the lot is 10.9 million hryvnias.
