New Openings in Shopping Centers of Chernihiv, Lutsk, and Mykolaiv
In Chernihiv, the Hollywood Mall shopping and entertainment center has signed lease agreements with two major international operators. The Polish brand HalfPrice is preparing to open its first store outside of million-plus cities in this shopping center. HalfPrice offers a wide range of products from well-known brands at reduced prices. Additionally, one of the leaders in the European footwear market, the Polish company CCC, will also open a store in the shopping center.
In Lutsk, a new store of the Polish clothing brand Sinsay has recently opened, covering an area of 700 square meters in the “Port City” shopping center. The total area of this shopping center is 64,000 square meters, making it the largest in the Volyn region.
Investments in New Facilities and Infrastructure Development
In the capital, A Development plans to launch the White Lines shopping center by early 2026. Throughout this year, the developer has invested 1.5 billion hryvnias in the construction of two shopping centers in Kyiv. The occupancy of the new complex already exceeds 60%, and its estimated value is over 50 million dollars.
The Chernihiv Hollywood Mall shopping center has signed lease agreements with two international chain operators. Thus, the Polish brand HalfPrice will soon open its first regional store in Ukraine within the shopping center, outside of million-plus cities. The chain specializes in selling products from well-known brands at reduced prices. Additionally, one of the largest footwear retailers in Europe, the Polish brand CCC, will also be present in the shopping center.
A new construction hypermarket, Megabud, has opened in Mykolaiv. The primary audience of the hypermarket consists of professional contractors and construction companies, but the store is also open to private customers.
