Which Services Experienced the Most Issues

According to information from Downdetector and other monitoring services, users reported complete unavailability or unstable operation of platforms such as Monobank, PrivatBank, Viber, Facebook, and Netflix. Some users were unable to open the applications at all, while others faced difficulties with authorization or conducting financial transactions.

“The problem is external and not related to the bank’s internal systems,” noted Monobank co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky.

Similar Incidents with Technical Errors

Recently, users of the delivery service Glovo also reported a serious malfunction in the application. Due to a technical error, significantly larger amounts than indicated as tips were automatically deducted from customers’ bank cards. In some cases, instead of the usual 50-100 hryvnias, customers lost between 5,000 to 11,000 hryvnias.
